Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument


One is known as the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. This test measures my reaction to conflict within a group. There are five categories: Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating. For more information on this test, click here. These are my results:

  • Competing: 3
  • Collaborating: 9
  • Compromising: 8
  • Avoiding: 6
  • Accommodating: 4
